Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 30 calendar days without giving reasons.

For products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal applies only as long as the hygienic seal has not been broken. This applies, among others, to lingerie, sex toys, lubricants and other liquids, and other products for intimate use that are provided with a hygienic seal. As soon as this seal is opened, the right of withdrawal lapses pursuant to Article 6:230p, opening words and under f, sub 3, of the Dutch Civil Code.

This exception is intended to protect the health and hygiene of consumers, as such products can no longer be safely and responsibly resold after opening.

Please note: Is a product defective, damaged, or does it not conform to the agreement upon delivery? In that case, you can of course still return the product or invoke the statutory warranty, even if the hygienic seal has been opened. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work together to find a suitable solution.
