Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, so shipping charges will apply to each order. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care will be taken for fragile items.

Our boxes are large enough to ship your items well protected.

We would like to keep you informed of the status of your order. We provide status updates at various times.

You will receive an email:

• You will receive an order confirmation when you place the order
• When the order is not in stock
• When the order has been shipped (track & trace code)

The TrackTrace information from PostNL, UPS or DHL is always sent to the e-mail address with which you are registered with us. You will also find the track & trace code with the order in your order overview.
