Right of withdrawal

You have 30 calendar days to withdraw your purchase without giving any reason.

Products for intimate use can only be withdrawn if the hygienic seal has not been broken. As soon as the seal is opened, the right of withdrawal lapses pursuant to Article 6:230p, opening words and under f, sub 3 of the Dutch Civil Code.

This exception is intended to protect the health and hygiene of consumers, as such products can no longer be safely or responsibly resold after opening.
